Dr. Latika Sadashiv has worked with family systems and attachment disruptions as a therapeutic practitioner since 2005. She is a double-endorsed AHPRA registered Counselling & Clinical Psychologist who offers expertise in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia as a Single Expert. Her clinical expertise is in trauma processing, attachment and relational disruption, psychological safety in relationships, and neurodivergence.

As an EMDRAA EMDR Consultant-in-Training, she is passionate about utilising EMDR treatment in conjunction with Family Therapy. She is accredited with the Attorney-General’s Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, offering child-focused Family Dispute Resolution services and Child Consultancy (child-inclusive mediations).

Josie Sinnamon

Child & Family Therapist and Parenting Specialist (she/her)

Josie is an experienced Social Worker and accredited Family Therapist, offering family court–informed therapeutic services such as court-mandated family therapy and supported contact visits with warmth, sensitivity and a focus on child wellbeing. She holds a Master of Social Work, a Graduate Diploma in Child, Youth and Family Counselling and a Bachelor of Health Science (Hons) in Public Health. Her expertise spans child development, behaviour support, trauma-informed care and post-separation parenting.

She has recently completed the certification for Psychedelic Assisted Therapy and is currently studying Psychedelic assisted EMDR as well as becoming certified in Holotrophic Breathwork.

Sharyn works collaboratively with families and carers to create supportive environments for recovery and growth. Alongside her leadership in mental health services, Sharyn is a Panel Family Consultant with the Federal Circuit & Family Court of Australia (FCFCOA). She provides Family Reports on behalf of the FCFCOA.

Sharyn holds a Master of Social Work (Research) and a Bachelor of Social Work (Hons) from The University of Queensland. Her compassionate and systemic approach makes her a vital part of our mission to support the well-being of children, young people, and their families.
