1. Intro program
This is a weekly in-person program that runs continuously from 29 April to 8 December 2025. Participants can attend blocks of six sessions at a time. This program introduces psychoeducation about the impact of adverse events on one’s nervous system, interpersonal engagement and distorted cognitions. The program teaches grounding and emotional regulation skills to actively create a sense of internal safety and stabilisation of self.
2. Recovery programs
This is a closed ten week (20h) treatment program that continues to build on establishing an internal sense of safety. The Intro program (six sessions)is a pre-requisite. This treatment program will offer an opportunity to identify vulnerable states and develop greater capacity for emotionally intimate interpersonal engagement in personal and professional domains of life. The goal of the Recovery program is to consolidate a healthy adult self capable of making meaning of their past for a productive present and future. There are only two intakes in 2025: 2 June 2025 & 25 August 2025
3. Maintenance
This is a weekly program for participants who have completed the Recovery program, or at least twelve months of an insight-oriented individual intervention. The goal of this program is to work on consolidating the gains of treatment, and to continue to work on your individual treatment goals. Next intake: October 2025
